AQUALINE upgraded its second production facility located in Nizhny Arkhyz. The factory produces water in 19-litre bottles. The upgrade programme comprised storage capacity expansion, optimisation of the loading and unloading area, and improvements in the incoming control of bottles, production and logistic processes.

We increased a storage area for 0.33–5L bottles three times and 19L bottles 1.5 times. An empty bottle warehouse was built from scratch – now it can hold about 3,000 19-litre bottles at a time.

To accelerate loading and shipment, we increased a truck parking yard, included it into the company's guarded territory and installed a video surveillance system around the new parking yard and the entire upgraded facility. All those measures made AQUALINE water in 19L bottles even better – we produce it faster and ship it faster so that our customers can receive their favourite water faster.
